RMP–Exemplary Leadership is an immersive, off-the-grid leadership retreat designed for senior leaders ready to reconnect with purpose, deepen their impact, and expand their capacity to lead through complexity.
Anchored in The Leadership Challenge by Kouzes and Posner, this five-day mountain-based experience invites participants to examine and embody the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership through a blend of direct teaching, peer coaching, outdoor challenge, and transformative reflection. Leaders will leave not only more connected to one another, but more connected and clear about the leader they are becoming.
This is the first program coming out of RMP-University.
