More About PEAK Teacher Program

This program is for exceptional RMP teachers whose student growth results and cultural leadership set them apart. Most are mid-career leaders already influencing beyond their classrooms as grade-level leads, mentors, or content leads. The Program will be a hybrid format with in-person workshops, interschool collaboration, and field study tracks.

The PEAK Teacher Program honors and develops RMP’s most impactful teachers. Each year’s cohort shapes a legacy through field studies, mission/service projects, and diffusion of best practices. Their leadership helps democratize college access and strengthens the network-wide movement for excellence.

PEAK Teachers will recieve a RMP Certificate Recognition through BOOST and at the annual PEAK Teachers Summit Showcase.
